President FranklinDelano Roosevelt Third Inaugural Medal, Type 2. I have for sale a medal struck by the United States mint for the third inauguration of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The medalist were Jo Davison for the obverse and John Ray Sinnock for the reverse. The medal is bronze, 1 5/8 inch diameter and in a high-grade circulated condition but with uneven color, see photos. It is the type two medal with the correct date on the reverse. The obverse shows the bust of Roosevelt in the center and at the rim, it reads FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT - PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
