This antique hand-pieced and hand-quilted quilt measures 80" x 65" and features a beautiful multicolor pinwheel type of patchwork design from the late 1800s. Made of cotton, this original piece showcases intricate stitching and craftsmanship, making it a unique and valuable addition to any collection of vintage quilts. Its antique style and historical significance reflect the rich heritage of quilting in the United States during the Victorian era. Perfect for decorating a double bed or display as a stunning collectible item in a traditional or historical-themed setting. The batting is thin in places that can be noticed from the back side. There are a couple of places where the blue fabric is worn through (see pictures)There is a patchwork square that is very worn (see pictures). Comes from a non-smoking and pet-free home.
