All units power up and the button respond to input. It is assumed the units just need a good cleaning, but to restate: operating condition is unknown. The 9450 does have a note stating its non-functional but it does power up. Two of the 9029 units are missing one side panel. The carts can be removed from the printer or taken apart for cheaper shipping. There are no guarantees or returns. Freight is buyer's responsibility. We will palletize and shrink-wrap.
