Description
The Bing & Grondahl 1988 Christmas Plate featuring Hans Christian Andersen in Kings Garden is a vintage collector's item from Denmark. Made of porcelain and measuring 7 inches in diameter, this decorative plate showcases a classic blue and white pottery style. The round shape, festive Christmas theme, and Danish culture make it a perfect addition for collectors or as a unique holiday decor piece. The late 20th-century design adds to its charm as a nostalgic piece from the 1980s.
I have 2 other Grandma Moses plates from this era, and wanted the Checkered house pattern, but a little smaller than my others (for wall hanging). I was delighted to find this smaller lunch plate size. It was packed well and shipped safely. It is just as described, in perfect condition. It was also reasonably priced. It took a couple of weeks to get here, but there was good communication along the way. Thanks!
