The item arrived as described. Shipping time was reasonable, but unfortunately, the packaging was inadequate. The item was only packed in a thin single-layer plastic bag with a sticker label on it - for a large backpack. The item arrived dirty due to holes in the plastic bag during transit. Packaging should have been more robust.
