About the Chain Mortiser - I received a brand new, unused, in the original box (very well packed) machine. Extremely good value for this money - better then it was described. Excellent communication. They take a while to ship, at least at the holiday crunch, but shipping is fast and was free for my sewing machine. They packaged it very well to survive the trip. The box was damaged but the machine was not, not a scratch. The sewing machine is better than advertised and I highly recommend this seller .
No troubles with the vendor. But are still troubles with FeDex. A lot of papers to fill in, a lot of discussion. It is so simple on Temu, or Shein... With FeDex is so complicated... The package is in FeDex depo, but I didn't received. A lot of mails and discussions... Why should be so, so complicated? I am so frustrated
