packing problems exist. the faux au bar was not damaged but holder was broken because the item was merely dropped into an envelope with no protection. i quickly notified the seller of the damaged holder. within 15minutes the seller responded and shipped another holder. the item was placed in an envelope without proper packing. when i received the mailing it was torn and nothing was inside. good product. good seller bad packer.
