To be clear, the seller was not responsible for the late delivery. It was solely the fault of UPS. The driver also falsified the delivery paperwork, saying he spoke to me when he delivered it. He didn't and there was an additional witness that he never showed. The item showed up on my doorstep after dark last night The seller was very helpful in getting the problem resolved.
Vendor promptly shipped item. USPS / Post Office failed to deliver the item. NOT the vendor's fault. After waiting 4 weeks , vendor refunded me even though I was willing to give it another week or two. Very nice of them to do that , the refund without question.
