This textile is a MULTI layered antique French quilt, with layers upon layers beginning in the 1700's ~ the latest layer I estimate to be around 1820 ~ with some fabrics as early perhaps as middle or early 1700's ~ wools, chambray, printed fabrics, woven stripes ~ I can't tell you how many wonderful fabrics are in this textile ~ just waiting to be discovered!
