Great customer service!!! They messaged me that what I purchased appeared to be defective so they refunded me & sent a fishing reel of equal value. Looking forward to trying it out this weekend. Will definitely purchase from them again!
This is a 🏆 . Perfect for what I make. I am excited to say I will be ordering again. I am a bait company that QUILTY matters. Fast shipping is important and they delivered quick.
After talking with seller I understand why things were the way they are. It was my misunderstanding of the situation and he was happy to help me!
