Blush (very light pink) croco, simulated leather, Tiffany planner made by Tonya Plans. Excellent/like new used condition with box and dust bag. Fits Franklin Covey Classic size inserts. Rings that came in binder were flimsy, so they were replaced with quality new Franklin Covey Classic 1.5" rings which are tight. Used less than one year and never left my desk.
