That being said we are not train people.We don't know what has or hasn't been done to the item.We just try to tell what we see. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES. This is in very good condition. there is paint loss on one side of the reel. the other side looks great . also one of the (brake ?)wheels is missing SEE PICS FOR CONDITION.
