Fast shipping. The packaging was secured maintaining the product safe. At first, the listing had an error, but after asking the seller, he fixed it. The seller forgot to include the charger and I sent a message that he replied a few days later and asked me if I wanted a partial refund or to send me a charger, but because I already bought one, he refunded the price I payed for the charger I bought.
Item shipped quickly, was packaged well in layers of foam, was generally as described, and well priced. There was a small issue with the particular unit I received; when I reached out to the seller, they were polite, courteous, and very responsive. We quickly reached an agreement I was satisfied with, and they followed through immediately. 10/10 seller, would do business with again.
Looks like it is brand new, questionable sealed packaging though, not factory sealed in my opinion. I have not installed it yet, so performance has yet to be seen. Very fast shipping, safe and secure packaging and the price was great. As long as it works as good as it looks, I will definitely look to purchase from this seller again.
