Selmer Treble-n-Bass Fifty Description Appearance - Peeling, scratches, small holes, and chips on the clock skin and black tolex sides. - Weak joints in the chassis, common with Selmers, have been adequately reinforced and are no longer an issue. - Rubber feet have been replaced with metal feet. - The chicken knob appears to be original. Operation - There is some crackling when turning the treble on the normal channel and the volume on the bass channel. No noise when stationary. Usage - The rear phone speaker output can be used. *Operation of the Bulgin plug has not been tested. - 240V specification (a step-up transformer is required for use in Japan), 50W - Compatible with 15Ω and 7Ω loads (can be used with 16Ω or 8Ω loads) - The power cord has been replaced for safety (performed by a maintenance contractor in Japan).
