Vintage sterling silver charm, puffy heart. It is 5/8" tall not including the bale and just over 1/2" wide. This is a vintage charm of a puffy heart with swirls and a turquoise bead. It is 5/8" tall not including the bale and just over 1/2" wide. It weighs 1.1 g. and has a light patina and some tarnish. The bead is cracked and the back might be pushed in a bit although it is hard to tell because antique hearts are less puffy than more modern charms.
