  1. Seller was great!--Fast communication, answered my questions, shipped item right away--and I had it a few days later. Very well-packed; item was in almost new condition; better than described. Seller even offered a discount price, so I'm happy with the transaction and feel I got a great deal. Thanks!

  2. The figure arrived with a broken leg. The seller was very flexible and easy to work with. I wanted to keep the figure but asked for a partial refund of 25% and he was very agreeable. So a disappointing situation turned into a positive situation. The seller is honest.
