The shipping was quite fast for shipping from Japan and everything arrived safely (I’m in the US for reference) . All the items were packed neatly and safely for what they were. I got everything that was pictured and the seller communicated really well. The price was also very good for what I was getting overall I was very happy with what I got. Aside from a small issue with shipping on my part everything was great. I would buy from this seller again if I could.
I had a fantastic experience with this seller from start to finish. Communication was excellent-they kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me so much peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about their buyers. My Sonny Angel arrived in absolutely perfect condition, exactly as described, and was packaged with great attention to detail to ensure it stayed safe during shipping.
This has to be one of the best sellers I have every dealt with. My experience was out of this world. I am very pleased. The communication and willingness to go above and beyond to expedite a package to me, around the world is just unbelievable I cannot recommend this seller enough. I am deeply grateful that this Christmas present arrived in such a short time. Thanks you a million times over.
