The seller shipped the item very quickly. It was packaged well and marked fragile, but unfortunately, broke in transit. I reached out to the seller, and he responded in minutes to my email. He was extremely apologetic, and immediately refunded my money. I was bummed about the item, but the seller's integrity turned what should have been a negative experience into a positive one. Knowing how he handles a situation gone wrong, I would not hesitate to make another purchase from this special seller.
Absolutely wonderful seller: fair price, fast ship, packaged beautifully, item arrived exactly as described/shown. Perfect transaction. I'd like to add that when I told this seller that the album I purchased is a Christmas gift for my dad and that I had a list of other albums I wanted to get him for Christmas, they went above and beyond in searching through their gigantic personal collection of vinyl to help me find some albums on my list! Friendly, fun conversation & great service--thank you!
This item was lost in shipment by USPS. But, the seller was quick to investigate and provide updates. Excellent communication. When it became clear the item was not going to be recovered the seller provided a full refund. It was an unfortunate situation for both of us but the seller willingly took the hit and never made things difficult or uncomfortable for me. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and would highly recommend him. eBay needs more sellers like him.
