  1. Cologne came 1/4 empty or evaporated ( I’ve no idea why or how.) The seller’s representative said this was standard and acceptable. I disagreed - I buy this regularly in the store and it’s never been less than full. Anyway, after registering my complaint with the seller, I received a $15 refund. I guess that is acceptable. Regardless, I’m pleased they did something to make up for the shortfall.

  2. The product (2 sunscreens) arrived as described in the listing they were shipped fairly quickly. They’re brand new and in excellent condition. The box is legitimate and the expiration dates match the ones on the products. The dates also state they won’t expire until 2028 so the quality is great. Very satisfied with my purchase :)
