Lights arrived damaged, several broken bulbs. I notified the seller, they responded quickly and refunded me for my purchase. Many thanks to this seller for restoring my faith in “good business practice”. I truly appreciate them working with me and assisting me with the issue. I have no reservations regarding buying from this seller again in the future and would recommend them. Thanks again.
USPS lost the package for a while but eventually found it. Seller was super nice about it though and understanding. Provided a refund even though eventually the item was found and on route to be delivered. Overall great experience despite the mail mishap.
Item was exactly as described and just what I was looking for. Packaging was well done and item was very secure in shipping. Great value for what I was looking for!
