Both directions are supported independently - the module can operate SDI-to-fiber or fiber-to-SDI as required. Automatic detection and reclocking ensure stable signal integrity across supported SDI rates. Input present and SMPTE lock LEDs provide clear local status indication. Format support spans 150 Mbps to 3 Gbps and the unit auto-selects between 270 Mbps, 1.483 Gbps, 1.485 Gbps, 2.966 Gbps, and 2.970 Gbps. Nominal optical wavelength range is 1260-1620 nm for singlemode operation. Power draw is 2.5 watts, minimizing thermal load in high-density racks.
