Great seller! Shipping was super fast and packaging was good. The reel was as described. However, I had to do a return because of an issue with the reel twisting the line on the spool. Some research showed this is an issue with that particular reel and was of no fault of the seller. A refund was promptly issued.
The chafing dish set is good quality and arrived as stated. However, during shipping the box was ripped open in a corner and some items were dented. I needed to use them right away, so I used them as is. This is a shipping issue, not a seller issue.
