The front showcases a beautiful chromolithograph image of the vibrant blossoms, complemented by an elegant embossed border that adds a tactile dimension to the design. The sentiment, "All choicest Birthday blessings be your lot / Prays one, whose constant heart forgets you not," is printed in a graceful script, capturing the heartfelt nature of early 20th-century correspondence. This delightful collectible piece is a divided back postcard, a format popular during the early 1900s, indicating its historical era. The reverse side features the standard "POST CARD" header and a postage stamp box specifying "DOMESTIC ONE CENT" and "FOREIGN TWO CENTS," common for postcards around 1907-1915. Handwritten correspondence from "Mabel Wiedrick to Ruth Transue" adds a personal touch and a unique glimpse into its past, making it a wonderful addition for collectors of floral, birthday, or early 20th-century ephemera. The embossed details are particularly prominent on the reverse, highlighting the intricate craftsmanship.
