The new FUEGO stands alone in the marketplace at this price. You also get some weight reduction (3%-5%) as a result of this material design change. Fuego also uses an AIRDRIVE ROTOR that reduces quite a bit of weight. Daiwa also incorporated a solid AIRDRIVE BAIL versus a tubular design. The reason for that is the metal we’re using is very strong, rigid, and doesn’t bend—yet, it’s thinner and lighter. Our goal was to reduce the weight of the rotation, which reduces the weight of the reel as well. It also makes it easier to turn the handle. We are not responsible for shipping times or transit delays caused by situations outside of our control. Due to porch pirates, scammers, and some postal employees, shipments valued at over $150 will be shipped signature required. USPS will allow you to waive this signature and release us from liability by signing a slip they leave in your mailbox when attempting delivery. No shipments over $150 will be delivered without a signature, so please don't ask. Return Policy We will accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original order date. All product returns require an RMA. Removal of UPC codes or serial numbers will void this return policy. All returns must be shipped signature required and insured for the original order amount. Packing material should be similar to the packaging provided in the original shipped order. Please do not write anything on the merchandise packaging. Merchandise that has been opened, mounted, shows signs of wear, or cannot be resold as new may be denied a return. Omission of the original product manuals, packaging, or other product specific materials qualifies a return as used. Merchandise sold as new and returned in this condition will be assessed a restocking fee based on its condition upon receipt. Refunds are normally granted within 3 days of receipt. We may issue refunds via PayPal, a credit to the card used for the original purchase, or via check. Refunds are only provided given the product is returned within the 30 day return period, in the same condition in which it was sold, with original packaging, product manuals, and manufacturer materials. Returned products that do not meet these conditions are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged and Defective Items All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. If damaged or defective merchandise is received, we must be notified within 1 business day of receipt and an RMA will be provided. Damaged and defective merchandise will be replaced with a new unit of the same model, and usually ships within 3 business days of return receipt. Any item returned as damaged or defective that is found to be neither damaged nor defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Product defects that arise after receiving your order should be addressed by contacting the manufacturer or distributor of the product. We will supply manufacturer contact information for warranty claims upon request. Exchanges Exchanges are granted on the condition that the product being returned is still in new condition, per the return policy. Free shipping does not apply to exchanges.
