Copyright 1965; “FIRST EDITION” is stated on the copyright page with 1965 on the title page. The book is a library copy and is in fair to good condition only. It is complete and quite readable though. The dust jacket is very good and without creases or tears. There is some residue from label that was removed from the lower part of the spine area. You might want to marry the dust jacket to a better copy that is lacking its jacket. The jacket comes protected in a new brodart mylar jacket.
