Rebuilt Original 1975-76 Federal Model Triumph TR7 Zenith Stromberg 175CDSEVX Carburetter Set #3654 1 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty! (can be fitted to 1977-80 auto choke models if you modify the your throttle linkage) Carburetters and linkages were totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages were blown clear with high pressure air. Pistons and bores were polished and mounting surfaces trued. Bypass valves have been rebuilt and adjusted. New needle valves installed and float levels set. New throttle shaft seals. Vent switch removed and cleaned. New gaskets, diaphragms and o-rings installed. Standard B1DH metering needles installed. Temperature compensators have been disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Manual chokes disassembled, cleaned, adjusted then vacuum tested for leakage. Includes new mounting gasket set.
