These water filters were open box and also did not come wrapped in plastic wrap, but the seller assured me they are unused. I have not tried them yet, but I have bought these PureSource Water Ice Refrigerator Filters WF3CB in the past with no problem at all. I prefer this brand. As for the items being shipped and received on time, yes indeed! Thank you seller. And I would buy from this seller again.
