DESCRIPTION: 445 pages 10 x 6 3/8 inches first edition hardcover with dustjacket CONDITION: This hard-cover book is in very good+ condition. It does not have its slipcase. The illustrated cloth hardcover is clean and shows only slight wear at the corners. There is some spotting on the cover. They are difficult to see, but I have pictures of all of them I think. The interior is excellent with no names, marks, underlining, tears or odor. The hinges and binding are excellent with no loose or missing pages.
