Description

For Movies & Music, I just started a Buy2 Get2 offer. Disregard old offers mentioned in title description as eBay has no way to bulk edit the title so I can remove it. The Skeleton Key DVD Kate Hudson A hospice nurse working at a New Orleans plantation home finds herself entangled in a mystery involving the house's dark past.

  1. The item came exactly as advertised, well packaged and undamaged. The transaction was completely trouble-free. More importantly, Mike reached out to inform me of the buy two get one deal and offered me the opportunity to pick a third and sent it with the two I had ordered. This is the kind of customer service that is all too rare these days. I will definitely buy again from Mike’s DVD Store whenever I have a change.

  2. I am extremely pleased with the service of this seller, I messaged him several times, asking questions and he promptly responded and went out of his way to assist me. I ordered 3 movies from him and all of them are in excellent condition, they are still factory wrapped, and they look new, just as he stated. His prices are really reasonable too, considering the quality! I would definitely recommend buying from him.

  3. Mike called me to let me know shipping might be delayed due to winter weather. I appreciated this unexpected level of customer service. Shipping was put off for just one day, as expected. I still got the card (Wacky Packaged die cut) very quickly, and, more importantly, well-packaged. Too bad I already had the other titles that he had for sale, or I would have bought more from him.
