  1. The original shipment of the book arrived damaged. It had been shipped in a mailer envelope and not properly protected. However, the seller shipped a replacement copy to me without any problem and this second arrived in perfect condition. I am hopeful we can work this out but haven't received a response since forwarding the pictures of the book I received. The price I paid for the book is a great value.
