The shipping was great together with packaging. The doll is beautiful, but unfortunately it does not look like the one in the picture. The pictures have special effects in my opinion because the doll is very similar , but not the same.
Unfortunately the product was damaged during shipping. The seller was courteous and offered a full refund. I recommend them for their integrity.
