The original shipment of the book arrived damaged. It had been shipped in a mailer envelope and not properly protected. However, the seller shipped a replacement copy to me without any problem and this second arrived in perfect condition. I am hopeful we can work this out but haven't received a response since forwarding the pictures of the book I received. The price I paid for the book is a great value. Again, I am certain we will work this out.
cxld order-super price, however, on closer inspection of the listing, it would not have arrived in time for purpose & then in regular print discovered free shipping entailed paying customs & import duties on arrival (no mention of that fee)- received full immediate refund
