  2. The seller did not explain condition on listing. Only pictures… The seller communicated to me the item was un-tested only after I paid for it. The anti-reverse does not work on this fishing reel . According to the tracking info, the seller created shipping label early but USPS did not receive item for shipping until after the delivery date posted on listing. The seller did not communicate during this period.
