Sometimes I get crabby about the shipping costs, but this seller made me change my mind. The tray was shipped in a nice, sturdy box, protected on all sides with several layers of bubble wrap and any empty space was filled with packing paper. Its hard finding good controllers for the older systems, so when I saw this one, I jumped at the opportunity. All the buttons and directional pad are crisp and not spongy.
