The order had to be cancelled due to the shipping dept sending the item to another address (not my address). This is a common mistake with high end ordering houses. The seller kept me informed throughout the entire process and cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Excellent service and high quality of integrity. I can't give feedback on a product that never made it to my address nor on shipping duration (one star), FYI. Overall, this seller is honest and reputable.
I received my Christmas Comforts picture in a timely manner. It arrived in perfect condition. It is of very good quality. It is exactly as described. It is perfect for my kitchen and adds just the right touch to my Christmas theme. The purchase price was lower than anywhere else. The seller stayed in contact with me through the delivery process. I highly recommend this seller.
Thanks for the fast shipping and item just as described. Not sure what else to say the 1/4" round rod was over packaged but probably necessary to prevent it from getting bent in shipping.
