Tumbler--Hobnail (Band)...marked IG--Blue carnival glass--i...actual maker??. Nice dark cobolt blue color.Pics were taken outdoors in natural light and have not been doctored. ITEM DESCRIPTION:: --------No chips or cracks, but it does have some scratches near top and a few pin dots of irid loss on top rim.........Though this item is marked IG, I've been told this pattern in blue was made by Summitt Glass in the mid 1980's...They supposedly used Imperial molds that they had bought at the Imperial bankruptcy event some years earlier...I can't say for sure when or who made the item--all I know it is marked IG.....I first bought one of these in 1992 and have never seen a lot of them in the marketplace when I was running around looking for glass.... -----This pattern was based on a scarce old Millersburg pattern, though I am sure it is not an exact re-do (can't remember if the old items have the plain band around the top)....This item measures approx 4.5" in height and 2.75" across at the top opening with a 2.25" base............Nice dark cobolt blue color.....Pics were taken outdoors in natural light and have not been doctored....................
