Pages yellowed from age, but very clean and crease free. No tears or holes. First edition evaluation points (as outlined on fedpo,com for "Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm"): 1903 is stated on the bottom of the title page and "Published October 1903" is stated on the copyright page with no references to subsequent printings. The publisher's imprint at the foot of the spine appears to be 1/8 type (Binding B), not the 1/16 (Binding A) used in earlier printings. Page 327 Line 13 is "October sun", rather than "sun of that October noon" used in earlier printings.
