  1. Excellent! The package was packed extra good and arrived on time in excellent condition. The package even had large bubble wrap and a weather proof wrap on exterior of box. The interior was so well packed it took us awhile to unpack. It was in one piece! (We were so relieved because we had ordered one earlier from a different seller. Very little packing and it came broken to bits, and very late. eBay sent us a refund.) Thank you seller! Great job!!

  2. Received our Sesame Street Elmo pumpkin today. The seller took great care in packaging the product. Unfortunately there was a small piece broken. I contacted seller and she responded right away and asked what she could do for me. We agreed on a refund amount. The refund was processed within minutes. This seller is AWESOME!! Great customer service and communication. Will add to my favorites.
