Everything was great, the seller package the item well but the item did get lost in shipment, and when it finally arrived, the box was destroyed. Unfortunately, the item was also broken. The seller was very quick to offer a full refund, but I decided to keep it and asked if they would just be willing to do a partial refund; they agreed. Seller was great, the damage was of no fault of theirs.
It arrived very well packed and proctected! Bad weather slowed it's arrival down a bit...but the hand bag is well worth the wait!! It is just as described. Very hard to find item and so happy with it. Sent with a beautiful gift and handwritten note from Seller which is all to rare and much appreciated. Will continure shop for more fantastic items!
