This is estimated to be between 1939-1940 due to collection gap during WW2. 1930s original 35mm kodachrome slide Market area with man pointing to posters with word negro on top poster. The bottom poster can slightly make out Chesterfield. The collection was taken by a professional photographer. He was seen on SS porto rico ship but actual location is unknown, some slide descriptions wrote West Indies. The main transit line of this ship was from New York to Puerto Rico but could be neighboring islands as well. This sepia tone kodachrome was the first generation used from 1935-1939. True color released in mid 1938 but there was a crossover period when this red border released in 1939. This is estimated to be between 1939-1940 due to collection gap during WW2. Deep scratch.
