Vintage sterling silver charm, enamel puffy heart. It is 5/8" tall not including the bale and 9/16" wide. This is a vintage, puffy heart charm. It has been enameled in pink, green and blue. Some of the enamel has been worn away. It is 5/8" tall not including the bale and 9/16" wide. It weighs 1.4 g. and has a medium, warm patina.
