Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. and a date of 1940, Rochester NY so I am assuming this was the classical composer's copy. Small newspaper clipping of McCuller's death tipped to the rear end paper. Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. A clean example of the presumed 2nd Printing without '1940' on the title page. 'Oatmeal' colored cloth binding. In a Very Good example of the First Issue jacket with SUMMER'S LEASE on the rear flap. Formerly David Diamond's copy according to penciled notes on the front end paper by a previous owner. Vintage ink musical notes (?) and a date of 1940, Rochester NY so I am assuming this was the classical composer's copy. Small newspaper clipping of McCuller's death tipped to the rear end paper.
