After not receiving the item over a month since it was sent, the seller kindly issued a refund. Kudos to them. EBay's international delivery system is broken in the USA. EBay's response to "where is my package?" was pathetic. I would strongly advise sellers NOT to use it. Give customers the option of USPS, FedEx or similar if they are outside the USA, as EBay's contractor is useless.
Seller was very helpful and provided excellenet communication. The parts were as described and arrived quickly. I would definitely purchase from them again.
