The package arrived with the cartridges bouncing around inside. They were shipped in a box but loosely placed in a plastic bag with a minimal amount of paper surrounding it as well as used packing materials. Also, all 12 had price tags stuck to the back of them, which wasn't mentioned or pictured in the ad. The price and shipping were very fair.
