The seller was communicative, let me know about the winter storm-related shipping delay, and sent out the package when possible. The heels are in GREAT condition, priced fairly, and padded nicely in the box. The seller was great! USPS was not. After failure to deliver and lying about same, my package knocked around in a morass of bureaucratic stupidity and slothful incompetence for 2 weeks. I award USPS no points and say they deserve every inch of the bad reputation they've earned.
The seller sent me a note saying that something minor happened to the item I ordered and she offered a refund. I was totally fine with it but I appreciated her mentioning it and offering the refund. Sometimes things happen and some sellers could just ignore it and/or not say anything, let alone offer to make it right. So for this I would definitely buy from this seller again.
I absolutely love these slip-on boots. They are absolutely beautiful. And the seller took so much care in the shipping and it came so fast. I cannot say one bad thing about this experience. I highly recommend this seller to everyone. You won't go wrong.
