ITEM DESCRIPTION:: ----------This issue of commemorative plates was given to employees around Christmas time 1991...... plate is 7.5" wide and sits approx 7/8" high...I bought the plate new upon issue and it has been stored in the box ever since....No chips or cracks and the coloring is excellent....The plate comes with the original gift box, which has some scratches and discoloration.....Plate also comes with a paper stating the porcelain piece is of the finest quality available, and has been hand prepared by true craftsmen...The design has been kiln fired for permanence.....A news story at the time estimated 450 to 500 would be given to employees each year, with any leftovers sold to the public ... ----The first edition from 1991 features the Hanover Shoe office bldg at 118 Carlisle St in Hanover Pa..
