  1. Originally the shipment was delayed by FedEx and I was very worried that I may not have received this item. The shipper went above and beyond to try and help rectify the situation. They were willing to either reimburse me completely or send me another board of my choice if the original item was not received. I received it today! It is in immaculate condition as they stated in the ad. I recommend anyone taking a look at these folks when it comes to purchasing any kind of gear! I

  2. I don't usually write reviews about the products I buy or the sellers I deal with, but this seller definitely deserves it. I was looking for a snowboard for several days, when I contacted this seller he resolved several of my questions and doubts that I had. He gave me options and not only that. He gave me a good deal when I decided to buy one of his snowboards. The communication was fast and very good as was the shipping of the product, which was faster than I thought.

  3. Product was shipped super fast and the packaging kept the skis safe. I'll be skiing on them this week -- and a few more times this winter. Thank you!The skis are beautiful and an excellent value - better than expected. Communication was prompt, detailed and informative. I'm recommending this seller to friends and family and will definitely keep an eye on the inventory for future purchases.
