The glass mug arrived in a package that was very damaged. But luckily, this seller was very detailed and protected the glass mug and it is in perfect condition, as described. Shipping was fast too. Great experience. Going to surprise hubby for Christmas with a favorite mug from his teen yrs.
Great buyer's experience. Item was packaged professionally, no issues with shipping, and the item came exactly as described and shown in the photos. This was an excellent value for an ornate piece of Americana!
Seller worked with me on the price. Packed very well and shipped quickly. Neither seller nor I realized the item was damaged in listing photos. No concession was offered.
