The package arrived within only a few days of placing the order. The outside box was taped shut and the product inside extremely well protected in bubble wrap. The actual hair cutting kit was in excellent condition and very accurately described by the seller in the ad. This transaction in my mind is exactly how eBay is meant to operate.
