  1. Seller snatched victory from the jaws of defeat on this one. The pictures showed the correct item but after ordering, I noticed the description had conflicting sizes. I wrote the seller a note but got no response. Luckily the item arrived on time and was correct. In the future I would pay more attention before purchasing from this seller but in this case, all is well that ends well. :) Love the shoes!

  2. The item came damaged in transit due to no fault of the seller. When I brought it to his attention he immediately handled the issue without any hesitation. Going above and beyond for customers is good sign of excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  3. Exactly what I had been looking for. Arrived sealed in perfect condition. Seller offered 'make an offer' option and got it for a great price. Item arrived several days earlier than expected. Great seller, positive experience. Highly recommend.
